In your company, are you responsible for booking venues, facilities, restaurants and organizing transportation for meetings and events?
Catering to All Tastes
Additional Cost Considerations
An outdoor corporate picnic, party or class reunion can be cheaper than one inside since you don’t have to rent out an expensive venue; however, you still should look into event insurance to make sure you’re covered in case something goes wrong. Furthermore, outdoor catering companies may bill additionally for setup and pickup or equipment they provide for the event, so read the contract carefully. You also need to make sure your deposit can be transferred should you have to reschedule due to weather.

Although hosting outdoors can be challenging, it also offers a refreshing option for all kinds of events.
