Houston, Texas – April 23, 2009 – The National Association of Catering Executives Houston Chapter (NACE) held it’s Third Annual Wedding Trends 2009 at the House of Blues on April 15. The event, which highlighted Indian Fusion Weddings, invited guests to experience the “mystic of India.” Over 200 guests commingled with industry professionals at the afternoon affair.

During the event the guest were treated to gourmet cuisine and flavorful cake while traditional dancers moved in sync to the music. The bright colors and rich textures that are so symbolic of Indian Weddings carried guests on a journey from the traditional to the modern.
