In an effort to support and add value to High-Value Exhibitors (HVEs) for our convention partners, Meeting Planner Resources is introducing its new program: PENDO.

Many of your HVEs are trying to better maximize their investment. Satellite company meetings are becoming more important each year to take advantage of the proximity to key vendors, customers and, of course, companies' most important assets, their sales staff.

Meetings & Events Houston is distributed to business meeting planners and those business professionals who attend and organize conventions, trade shows and meetings nationally as well as internationally. These professionals have an active need for an updated bi-annual meeting planner magazine that gives options and insight for meetings in the convention capital of the world.

As part of our outreach program, we are offering conventions and trade shows with more than 75 exhibitors or more than 500 attendees to take advantage of our complimentary services.

As a PENDO partner, you will receive free exposure on our website at www.meetingsandeventshouston.com, your convention listed in the Convention Calendar as well as a banner to promote your upcoming event. In addition, we will forward all inbound requests to your show from potential exhibitors as well as potential attendees.

As part of the PENDO program, we will make free copies of Meetings & Events Houston available to your HVEs. The PENDO program has a maximum of 100 copies (a $ 1,000 value) that you can send to those selected HVEs that will have the most representatives present and, of course, the most number of satellite meetings while attending your convention. Meeting Planner Resources will ship the magazines to you or directly to your selected HVEs at no charge.
