Valentino Vin Bar Houston is a new innovation from Luciano Pellegrini and Piero Selvaggio. Located inside the Hotel Derek in the Galleria area of Houston, this dual concept venue is sure to delight and surprise.

Vin Bar a new and exciting concept for the group specializes in creating a social atmosphere.The dinner menu was created to invite people to share. Small plates and Crudo (raw fish) combined with an outstanding cured meat and international cheese menu allows even the finickiest guest to find something they love.

Private dining room
The Vintage Room is a fabulous private dining room situated inside Valentino Restaurant, adjacent to Hotel Derek. The textured walls and red accents encompass our intimate dining room complete with linen tablecloths, a host of candles, and our spectacular wine collection.

The Vintage Room is ideal for private parties of 10 to 40, and can be set in a variety of different styles. Guests in the Vintage Room can choose from Valentino’s fine dining menu, and peruse our wine collection of over 30 wines by the glass and 100 by the bottle or order from our full bar.

The Vintage Room and Valentino are both the creations of award winning restaurateurs Piero Selvaggio and Luciano Pelligrini.
