He has helped developed resorts and commercial buildings in Cancun, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara and Puerto Penasco. In Houston, Rodriguez has created a successful home building operation, Compacta Construction, which centers mostly on custom homes in the Woodlands and North Houston. Rodriguez’s team of architects includes Castroparedes International, which is involved with the W Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ, and numerous restaurants and nightclubs throughout Latin America and the US. Rodriguez’s diverse talents and range of skills makes him a jewel in Houston’s meeting and events industry.

La Tranquila Ranch is a sister company to La Tranquila Resorts, which is currently building luxury full-time and fractional ownership condos in Cancun and the Puerto Vallarta area.
