Houston is an exciting city! It’s centrally located in the country and offers two convention centers and hundreds of great hotels of different levels to choose from. We partner with local, state, national and international vendors, depending on the needs of our clients. All of our vendors go through a strict process before being approved. We love working with local vendors; however we do not limit ourselves to just those vendors. We keep our options open to new vendors with fresh ideas.

We offer our services to anyone, but have primarily worked with oil, pharmaceutical, technology, legal and medical companies in the past. We will work with any local, national or international organization in any industry.

How does Cosmo Cool Concepts work with clients to create team building functions?
We ask the client the demographics of the group (men vs. women; engineers vs. artists; managers vs. entry level), so we know the makeup of the group. We also want to know their intent or purpose so we can help them achieve their goals. Budget, location and size of the group also determine the type of team building events we will propose. What sets us apart from others is our ability to adapt and customize meeting goals, whether to create a sales plan or for networking, to the group. If clients are not interested in the team building packages we have already produced, we can create a specialized team building event for them.
